… and the secret strategies professionals use to get them back on track.
That’s the focus of Ante Hamersmit’s presentation on October 5th. He is an engineer, manager, and project management instructor at the HdM in Stuttgart. Before founding ErgebnisSchmiede, he spent 18 years at STIHL in a wide variety of roles, leading and supporting projects – as a team member, manager, and from within the PMO. What he learned along the way: Projects almost never fail because of overly ambitious technical requirements. They fail because of the foundation beneath them.
In his presentation, he’ll explain why traditional reporting focuses on time, cost, and quality – and why that’s only half the story. He reveals which warning signs to watch for and what levers can be used to get a derailed project back on track early on.
